Hi there, I'm Melissa Rae, founder and creative behind Soul Tribe Co. My journey into candle-making began when I discovered the hidden toxins lurking in many store-bought candles. In 2020, when the pandemic hit, what started as a simple hobby evolved into a profound passion.
Inspired by the healing properties of crystals and the wisdom of astrology, each candle I create is a labor of love, infused with intention and care. For me, creativity isn't just a pastimeāit's woven into the fabric of my being, shaping both my professional endeavors and personal growth. I'm incredibly grateful to wake up every day and pursue my true calling: crafting moments of magic with every candle I make.
FAQs
Be sure to trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours upon first use. Always trim the wick before lighting to avoid any soot. Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time. When the candle is finished, use a spoon or tweezers to collect your crystals.
Absolutely. After the candle is done burning, we recommend using tweezers to remove the crystals while the wax is still warm. Simply wipe your crystals and rinse clean with warm water.
Of course! We are always happy to accomodate. Just leave a note in your order notes stating which crystal type you would like instead.
We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days, but it may take longer for larger orders. You will receive an email notification when your order ships with tracking information.
All orders are shipped via 2-3 Day Priority Mail. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we can discuss options. Please note that shipping upgrades are not guaranteed to arrive before the estimated delivery date.
